DAVID DANGLEIS

David is the new coordinator for the PacWest Conference. David officiated college basketball for 20 years at the Div. I (Big West, WCC), Div. II (CCAA) (PacWest), NAIA (GSAC), Div. III (SCIAC), and Community College (FAC, OEC, SCC, WSC) levels. He was honored to officiate numerous small college playoff games, that included 3 NCAA DIII Tournament games, and two consecutive State Community College Championships. David stepped off the court in 2012 and moved into a supervisory role, assigning college games for the GSAC, SCIAC & Foothill and Western State Conferences.

Willis McJunkin

Willis McJunkin has worked Division 1 basketball for over 30 years.  He worked for the then PAC-8 Conference as well as the PAC-10 Conference.  Willis had the opportunity to work an NCAA Final Four and 4 NCAA Elite Eights.  Willis has been the Men’s basketball coordinator for the CCAA (Division 2) Conference for the past 10 years.

JERRY WHITE

Jerry White officiated Division 1 basketball for 38 years; of which 35 of it was spent in the Pac8 Conference, then the Pac10 Conference, and now the Pac12 Conference. Currently, Jerry White is the Commissioner of the Western State Conference and the assigner for Men’s Basketball Officials.

RICH KOLLEN

Rich had a unique distinction of being a Division I Basketball and Football Official for over 28 years. He wrapped up a great basketball career by working the 2012 Big West Tournament and he continues to work football as a Div l replay official. Throughout his career, he worked five CIF Basketball finals, the NCAA Division II National Championship game, two NIT basketball tournament games, and the NAIA National Tournament. In addition, Rich has officiated nine NCAA Football Bowl games. Currently, he is the Coordinator of Basketball Officials for the Orange Empire and South Coast Basketball Conferences, the director of the “DayofGame” Basketball Officials’ Camps. As the Commissioner of the South Coast Conference, he directs the operation of twelve community college schools.

MARK REISCHLING

Mark Reischling is a men’s basketball veteran with over 50 seasons of combined basketball playing, coaching, officiating, administrative and game-grading experience at the HS, JUCO, DI, DII, NCAA Men’s Tournament (including the 2001 Final Four) as well as an NBA game officials’ observer at Golden State. Reischling is also a retired 35 year CA secondary teacher and coach, married for 50 years to his college sweetheart (also a retired CA educator). They have two adult sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson and reside in Petaluma, CA.
